We are The Roofing Company Inc., a Class A, general contractor focused on providing roofing services in the Hampton Roads area since 1998. We strive to build excellence through an elite and well-trained team of construction professionals…and that team is growing!
We are currently in search for a Commercial Roofing Foreman. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, while completing each project based on manufacturer specifications.
- 7 years experience
- Up to $5000 hiring bonus depending on skill level and experience
- No overnight travel. Home every night!
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing installation, repairs, and maintenance of low-sloped systems including TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, fiber tite and EPDMÂ
- Must demonstrate hands-on effectiveness in hand welding and robot welding of single ply membranes
- Performing work in accordance with the scope of work, warranty specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Creating client reports via tablet
- Communicating with management regarding crew and project efficiency i.e. delays, issues, personnel problems, adjustments to the scope of work
